Marketing
With A
Twist
Who We Are
BottleCap is a creative studio led by Stephen Koller — designer, strategist, and co-conspirator for brands that want their marketing to actually do something. We work with museums, makers, and mission-driven businesses to build bold, thoughtful design across branding, motion, packaging, and campaigns.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. We believe in work that feels personal, looks sharp, and helps your story stick. The process is collaborative, the communication is honest, and the ideas come with just enough twist.

Designing for one of Louisville’s loudest voices.
Over multiple seasons, BottleCap helped shape the visual identity of the Louisville Orchestra’s concert programs, promotional campaigns, and donor communications. Each season carried a distinct visual theme while remaining anchored in the orchestra’s broader mission to connect with audiences and elevate its cultural presence. When live performances paused during the pandemic, we adapted to produce pre-recorded concerts and educational content — helping the orchestra stay connected to its community through design that could scale across platforms.
Bourbon made different. Designed to match.
Barrels & Billets offers a modern twist on bourbon — a fully custom tasting experience built with tourists and casual drinkers in mind. As a sister attraction to the Louisville Slugger Museum, the brand needed to feel approachable and visually distinct from the traditional heritage-heavy look most bourbon companies lean on. Working with the team since launch we've designing bottle labels, in-shop collateral, merch displays, and promotional campaigns that reflect the creativity behind the experience. From the flagship product line to limited releases like Night Flight, the goal has always been the same: make the visuals as compelling as the pour.
Heritage, storytelling, and a 120-foot bat.
Working with an iconic tourist destination like the Louisville Slugger Museum means walking a line between legacy and reinvention. Everyone knows the Big Bat. It’s a symbol — a selfie magnet, a city fixture, and a branding powerhouse all in one. So when we began working with LSMF, the challenge wasn’t just making things look good — it was finding ways to keep the experience fresh while honoring what makes the brand so recognizable. From climbable events to custom bat labels to exhibit graphics, the work had to feel fun, intuitive, and rooted in Slugger’s story.
Design support for a growing signage innovator.
ThinkSign is a leader in commercial LED signage, and our work together focused on elevating their brand presence through strategic design and marketing support. Over the course of several years, we collaborated on product launches, sales materials, and ongoing promotional campaigns. A highlight was the rollout of Allura — their flagship EMC display — where we helped shape the visual identity across motion, print, and digital touchpoints. The goal was to communicate innovation clearly and confidently, aligning the visuals with the technical excellence behind the product.

Kentucky flavor with a kick.
Hall’s Beer Cheese is a regional staple with a big personality — and the visuals had to match. We worked on packaging, social campaigns, and promotional materials that leaned into the brand’s bold voice and strong Kentucky roots. Whether designing limited flavor rollouts or creating scroll-stopping social ads, the work aimed to be as unapologetic and memorable as the product itself. It’s branding you can spot across a grocery aisle… or a tailgate cooler.
